1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We have a large warehouse to ensure we have stock at all times and can ship orders as quickly as possible. If you live in mainland France, delivery will take 3-4 days; if you live abroad, allow more than a week.

2. How much shipping do I have to pay for my order?

Fargau orders under €100 are charged €8 shipping; orders over €100 are free. If you live outside of mainland France, shipping costs may vary (e.g., Belgium: €12). To find out exactly how much you'll have to pay, please contact us by email or phone.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is finalized, we will give you a tracking number and the name of the organization that is shipping your order (Kuehne Nagel or DPD). All you have to do is go to the sender's website and enter your tracking number to see the progress of your delivery.

4. Are Fargau products under warranty?

It depends on each product, the warranty terms are indicated on the product pages of our site "Fargau.com", some products are guaranteed for more than 10 years, so do not hesitate to check before ordering.

5. If I encounter a problem with my product after receiving it, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged product, or if a product is missing or defective, please contact us by email or phone. We will do our best to resolve your issue (repair, replacement of your product, or even a refund if you wish).

6. Can I come and see your products before buying them?

Yes, of course. We have a large showroom where all our products are stored at 241 bis rue Gornet Boivin, 10100, Romilly-sur-Seine. Please contact us in advance to let us know you're coming and inform us of the date and time you'd like to visit. We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
